Stephani Szoke, Artistic Director, Choreographer and Owner/Operator along with her husband Stephen, has been dancing for 30 years. She has a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona with an emphasis in choreography and pedagogy. Stephani has been working in the corporate entertainment industry for the past eight years.
In 2006-2007 Stephani had the pleasure of choreographing for the world premiere of "The Wager", a Broadway hopeful, right here in Arizona. For the past six years she has been the choreographer and director of the "Sunsationals", an adult tap group that performs all over the Valley. She also choreographed for a local band "CJA", who has performed at Cooper's Town, EuroCafe and other Arizona venues. Recently, she choreographed for Pioneer Pepper of Pioneer Pepper and the Sunset Pioneers. Stephani has judged dance competitions and has been a master teacher for dance conventions. While Artistic Director of a successful Mesa, AZ dance school, Rhythm & Motion Dance Center LLC, she has received numerous awards and accolades for her choreography and has turned out many well-rounded, exceptionally talented dancers, choreographers and teachers of dance. She was a Cardinal Cheerleader 1995-1996. She was also in a professional dance company, WNZ Showtime and appeared in several commercials from 1997-2000. Stephani choreographs throughout her community for venues such as High School Dance Companies, Churches and other dance groups.
She is proud to provide excellent entertainment to thousands of people in Arizona and the Pacific Northwest through fun-filled dance shows performed by some of Arizona's most talented dancers.
Stephen Szoke, Professional mobile DJ, Emcee, wedding specialist and Owner has been in the entertainment industry for nine years. He has coordinated and DJ-ed hundreds of weddings, parties, and corporate events. As an experienced emcee, Stephen can run a team building activity or an awards banquet from start to finish. Stephen gives much of his time to charities such as Relay For Life and the Arthritis Foundation. He has DJ-ed for events such as the NBA All-Star Weekend and the Superbowl Championship after party. Stephen also supports several community projects throughout his hometown of Queen Creek, Arizona. His experience in corporate event planning makes him invaluble to clients all over Arizona and the Pacific Northwest. Stephen's extensive knowledge of music, great voice and dynamic personality bring a whole new energy level to any function.
Jessica Meinhart is POWERNOW'S Lead Line Instructor and Assistant Artistic Director. Jessica has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. She has a strong athletic background including, vollyball, swimming and track and field. Several years ago though, she found her passion in dance, studying the arts of Jazz, Ballet, Modern Lyrical, and Hip Hop at Dance Network, LLC in Mesa, AZ. Jessica has won numerous scholarships and awards with her dancing and oooo's and aaahhhh's always follow her perfomances. Currently, Jessica is the Ballet Director of Rhythm & Motion Dance Center in Mesa, AZ. Recently, she was a Principal Dancer, "The Spirit of Death", in the World Premeire of "The Wager", a present day take on the Book of Job. Her enthusiasm, creativity and integrity make her a fantastic Artistic Director. Currently performing and leading over 90 percent of all POWERNOW dance related events, Jessica's professional and confident demeanor will make you comfortable from the beginning to the end of any event.
